RoomRoom #131 is a second floor end unit. It consists of a master bedroom, a large luxurious bathroom and a semi-private deck with a view of the slopes. The bedroom has lounge pillows by a real fireplace, two queen beds with a maximum occupancy of four adults, dining table with microwave and toaster, alarm clock/radio, phone, cable TV with VCR, a dresser and one large sliding closet. On the back deck there are two chairs, a small table, and a propane gas grill with all accessories. Relax in the spacious bathroom Jacuzzi generously sized for two and accented by candle light to set a romantic tone. Near the sink there is a 1/2 refrigerator, a coffee maker, and an ice bucket. There is a private toilet area in the far corner of the main bathroom. You can stay cozy here as long as you like using the heat lamp to keep the whole room warm. ResortBlack Bear Resort is located on a large well-cared for property with a walking/jogging path that winds around the resort, two fishing ponds, several gazebos, a mini-golf course and a pavilion/club house. The club house offers a billiards table, a huge outdoor pool (located in back of club house), vending machines, volleyball, tennis courts, and massage and beauty services. Near the Black Bear Inn there is a fire pit and picnic tables dot the resort. The resort is situated five miles south of the town of Davis where one can find banking, gas, shopping, bars and restaurants. Summers are nice and cool at 80 degrees and the area is renown for it's snowfall with an average of 150 inches a year.
