Reservation Policies

  • Minimum stay: Room 131 is rented on a daily basis.
  • Confirmation: 50% of total rate plus tax.
  • Balance: Due at check-in
  • Cancellations: Confirmation fee is non-refundable
  • Reschedule: Requires a notification 10 days prior to your arrival date. Fee~ $35.00
  • Check in- 4:00 p.m. Check-out- 11:00 a.m.
  • Pets - Dogs only.
